Admission Policy


Entry points for the admission in the Institution are PG, class-I and HSSC-I. Admission in other classes is made subject to availability of seats.

Eligibility: Following are eligible for admission:

  • Wards of serving/retired Army personnel.
  • Wards of serving/retired personnel of sister services.
  • Civilians

Note: Legally adopted children of the Army personnel are treated as per with their real children for the purpose of admission only. They, however will be charged at the rate of civilian. No fee concession is admissible. Acopy of the CORO part II order, attested by their commending officer, in this connection is required to be attaches with the admission form. However, those who are not legally adopted are treated as per actual parentage.

School Section

Application for admission prescribed forms shall be submitted to the office. Name of the candidates seeking admission to various levels are registered with the institution. Dates of tests are notified on the institution’s Notice Board.

Tests are administered only for the classes where vacancies exists. Tests covers the following papers:-

Pre-School
(50 Marks each & one hour duration each)
PG Interview
KG Interview + Test (English, Urdu, Maths, Drawing)
Prep English, Urdu and Maths

Class I to VIII
(50 Marks each & one hour duration each)
Paper I English
Paper II Urdu
Paper III Maths
Class I to IX
(50 Marks each & one hour duration each)
Paper I English & Urdu
Paper II Maths & Physics
Paper III Chemistry & Biology / Computer Science

candidates are required to pass all the subject with 65% qualifying marks to compete for the merit. After test, waiting list is mentionedin order of merit which is valid up to the next test.

Admission in F.Sc. (First year) Classes is granted as per policy approved each year by President Executive Committee. All students, including own, will have to apply afresh to secure admission is first year (HSSC-I). Migration to the institution in Fsc is subject to the following conditions:

  • Availability of seat.
  • The must have secured more marks in SSC & HSSC-I than the last candidate on the merit in the relevant category.
